BookingBoss is built and operated by Jesse Rooney. By signing up for or using BookingBoss, you agree to these terms.
BookingBoss provides appointment booking software for small businesses including a booking page, Google Calendar sync, SMS confirmations and reminders, and a dashboard to manage appointments and services.
Accurate information is required when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact romanrooney@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
BookingBoss charges $20 per month per business account. Billing is handled by Stripe and begins immediately upon signup. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. There are no per-booking commissions or hidden fees.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and the booking page will be deactivated. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.
By using BookingBoss, business owners authorize BookingBoss to send SMS messages to their customers on their behalf for appointment confirmations and reminders. Business owners are responsible for ensuring their customers have consented to receive these messages.
BookingBoss may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass or harm others, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. Accounts that violate these terms may be terminated.
BookingBoss strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. BookingBoss is not liable for damages resulting from service outages or interruptions beyond its control.
Business owners retain ownership of their business data and customer data. That data is never sold to third parties. See the Privacy Policy at bookingboss.us/privacy for full details.
BookingBoss is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingBoss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
